Dangote Petroleum Refinery has scheduled at least 276,000 metric tonnes of refined petroleum products for export, with cargoes destined for Ghana, France and other West African markets, according to a tanker report dated October 5.

The export programme comprises 80,000MT of PMS, 88,000MT of AGO, 40,000MT of AGP, 66,000MT of Jet A1 and 2,000MT of butane across seven identified vessels.

Zonda, carrying 40,000MT of AGP, was at berth at Dangote Lekki, with an estimated time of berthing of October 5 and estimated time of departure on October 6. The cargo is destined for Ghana.

Farida, carrying 40,000MT of PMS, was at anchorage awaiting berthing to load from Dangote Lekki for West Africa.

Another 40,000MT of PMS aboard Anikitos was also at anchorage, awaiting loading for Tema, Ghana. The cargo is chartered by BP Oil.

Raffles Shogun, carrying 44,000MT of AGO, was at anchorage and scheduled to load from Dangote Lekki for West Africa. The vessel is chartered by MOCOH.

Meanwhile, Morstar is expected to load 44,000MT of AGO from Dangote Lekki for West Africa on October 7. The vessel had yet to arrive at the refinery as at the time of the report.

Also expected on October 7 is Flagship Sage, which is scheduled to load 66,000MT of Jet A1 from Dangote Lekki for France. The cargo is chartered by Vitol.

Asharami Ghana, carrying 2,000MT of butane, is expected to load from Dangote Lekki for Lister Jetty on October 8.

Together, the seven identified cargoes bring the total volume explicitly designated for destinations outside Nigeria to 276,000MT.

AGO accounts for 88,000MT, comprising 44,000MT aboard Raffles Shogun and another 44,000MT aboard Morstar, both designated for West Africa.

PMS accounts for 80,000MT, comprising 40,000MT aboard Farida for West Africa and 40,000MT aboard Anikitos for Tema, Ghana.

The programme also includes 40,000MT of AGP aboard Zonda for Ghana, 66,000MT of Jet A1 aboard Flagship Sage for France and 2,000MT of butane aboard Asharami Ghana for Lister Jetty.

The movements highlight Dangote Refinery's continued participation in regional refined-product trade, particularly across West Africa, while also showing shipments destined for the European market.

Several other Dangote-linked cargoes in the tanker report are not included in the export total because their stated operations are offshore Lagos rather than documented foreign-destination shipments.

NY Maria, carrying 90,000MT of PMS, is identified for ship-to-ship operations offshore Lagos, including lightering into shuttles. Sabaek, carrying AGO, is similarly identified for ship-to-ship operations offshore Lagos while awaiting a lightering shuttle.

These cargoes are excluded from the strict export figure because the report does not identify destinations outside Nigeria.

The report also references Siena, carrying 125,000MT of refined crude oil, as scheduled to load ex-Dangote Lekki for export, but the destination is cut off in the available report. It is therefore excluded from the 276,000MT total until its destination can be established.

The October 5 tanker report represents a snapshot of scheduled and ongoing movements. Some vessels were already at berth or anchorage, while others were expected to arrive on October 7 or October 8. As such, the 276,000MT represents cargoes designated for export and scheduled for movement, rather than products that had all been exported as at the time of reporting.
