NNPC Limited and Nepal Energies have been announced as sponsors of the 20th anniversary edition of OTL Africa Downstream Energy Week, scheduled for October 25 to 30, 2026. NNPC Limited comes on board as a Gold Sponsor, while Nepal Energies joins at the Silver level.
NNPC Limited's participation covers three subsidiaries: NNPC Trading Limited, NNPC Shipping Limited and NNPC Retail Limited. Between them, the companies span trading, maritime transportation and end-user delivery. NNPC Trading markets and optimises crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas in domestic and international markets, while NNPC Shipping provides maritime transport and logistics support for energy supply chains. NNPC Retail serves businesses and consumers through more than 1,000 service stations across Nigeria and Togo.
Nepal Energies, a Pan-African energy company with Nigerian roots, was established in 2004 and operates in six African countries. It supplies over 300,000 metric tonnes of energy products annually across retail and distribution, commercial and industrial supply, aviation, trading and midstream operations, and upstream services. The company has a workforce of more than 500 and a network of over 50 retail outlets.
The two companies join Rainoil (Gold), Bovas and Company Limited (Silver) and Linus Projects (India) (Bronze) on the sponsor list for the anniversary edition, which is themed around conversations on policy, growth and sector transformation in Africa's downstream energy industry.
