Akabogu Law has been named the only law firm sponsor of the 20th OTL Africa Downstream Energy Week, joining the event as a Silver Sponsor alongside Pinnacle Oil & Gas Limited, which is sponsoring the event at Bronze level.
Akabogu & Associates, which operates as Akabogu Law, provides legal services across petroleum, shipping and maritime, mining, international trade and corporate compliance. Its downstream energy work includes petroleum sales, acquisitions, charter disputes and debt recovery.
Pinnacle Oil & Gas operates in petroleum storage, distribution, retail and logistics. Its infrastructure includes a 300-million-litre storage facility in the Lekki Free Trade Zone and a 100,000-metric-tonne storage terminal and jetty in Warri.
The two companies join the sponsors of OTL Africa Downstream Energy Week, scheduled for October 25–30, 2026, in Lagos. The conference and exhibition will take place from October 26 to 29 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel under the theme, “Secure Energy, Shared Prosperity.”
