Market Outlook

The latest tanker positions point to continued movement of refined products through Nigeria’s coastal terminals, with PMS making up the bulk of the confirmed cargoes across Lagos and Port-Harcourt. The presence of AGO, Jet A1 and Butane cargoes also shows that supply activity remains diversified across the downstream market.

With several PMS cargoes either discharging or positioned to berth, the immediate supply picture remains active across major coastal receiving points. Further movements will depend on the discharge of vessels already at berth and the berthing of vessels awaiting terminal access.
