The latest vessel movements across Apapa, Ibafon, Oghara, Koko and Warri refinery channels reflect continued dependence on coastal redistribution, with Dangote-linked shuttle operations remaining central to marine supply balancing. Several cargoes loaded from Dangote Refinery and Sabaek terminals are also helping sustain discharge activity across private jetties and downstream receiving depots.

Market Outlook
Latest vessel arrivals show sustained PMS inflows into Lagos and Warri, with marketers including NIPCO, AA Rano, Pivot Energy, Rain Oil and Northwest actively receiving fresh product volumes through coastal redistribution channels.
Dangote-linked shuttle operations continue to dominate marine product circulation, especially across Apapa, Ibafon, Oghara and Warri private jetties, while Sabaek-origin cargoes remain active within the Warri axis.
PMS remains the dominant product in the current arrival cycle, reinforcing depot replenishment across Lagos and Warri. Meanwhile, AGO, Jet A1, Fuel Oil and Base Oil movements into Emadeb, Rain Oil, Koko and Warri Refinery channels are expected to support industrial, aviation and blending demand in the near term.
With several vessels still awaiting discharge clearance and additional coastal cargoes expected into Warri and Lagos corridors, depot stock levels are likely to improve moderately over the coming days.
