Fresh PMS and AGO cargo movements recorded between May 10 and May 11, 2026, have sustained marine discharge activity across Lagos and Warri, as marketers intensified depot replenishment efforts ahead of rising mid-May product demand.
Verified tanker movement data monitored by Petroleumprice.ng showed that Pivot Energy, AA Rano, Rain Oil and AYM Shafa maintained active vessel operations across Apapa, Ibafon and Oghara corridors, reinforcing coastal product circulation within Nigeria’s downstream petroleum market.
In addition, Dangote-linked marine redistribution continued to dominate PMS and AGO supply flows, with several cargoes loaded directly from Dangote Refinery discharge programmes supporting inland distribution across Lagos and Warri depots.

Market Outlook
The latest vessel arrivals indicate sustained PMS and AGO inflows into Lagos and Warri, with independent marketers continuing to depend heavily on coastal redistribution and private jetty operations to maintain depot stock levels.
Furthermore, Dangote Refinery-linked shuttle programmes remain central to Nigeria’s current downstream marine logistics structure, especially across Apapa, Ibafon, AIPEC and Oghara receiving corridors. Cargo transfers and offshore redistribution channels also continue to support product balancing across multiple discharge locations.
PMS remains the dominant product within the current vessel cycle, reinforcing supply positions for AA Rano, Pivot Energy and AYM Shafa across Lagos and Warri. Meanwhile, AGO cargoes heading into Ibafon, New Oil Jetty and Rain Oil facilities are expected to support diesel availability for industrial and commercial consumers.
With additional vessels still awaiting discharge clearance and more coastal cargoes expected across Lagos and Warri channels, depot throughput is likely to remain active through the second half of May.
